Kevin Recker, CPA (Inactive)
Chief Financial Officer

Mr. Recker joined PierPASS in August 2015.  As Chief Financial Officer, he oversees finance, accounting, cash flow and disbursements, treasury, risk management, and human resource functions.

Prior to PierPASS and commencing in 2006, he was the Director of Accounting for container terminal operator, International Transportation Service (ITS), Inc., in the Port of Long Beach.  While at ITS, he oversaw accounting, financial reporting, and taxes for the terminal as well as overall financial reporting for three company subsidiaries.

Mr. Recker’s career began as a Certified Public Accountant with Moss Adams, SLGG, and Guzman & Gray CPAs.  Mr. Recker has held various finance and accounting positions with nonprofits as well as beneficial cargo owners.

Mr. Recker has a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration, Accountancy from California State University, Long Beach.
